2019년, 깊은산속 옹달샘의 첫 프로그램은
방학을 맞은 교사를 위한 쉼과 회복의 시간으로
직무이수가 가능한‘에듀힐링’입니다.





깊은산속 옹달샘에서는 2014년
교육부가 지정한 '교원의 심신치유' 중심의
종합교육연수원으로 인가받아
매년 2,000여 명의 유·초·중등 선생님들의
직무연수를 진행해 왔습니다.





특히 이번 에듀힐링은 선생님이
새해의 꿈과 꿈너머꿈을 담을 수 있는
건강한 몸을 만들 수 있도록
휴식과 회복의 명상법, 독서법, 대화법을
중심으로 진행합니다.





‘에듀힐링’은 고요함 속에서
깊은 자기 성찰과 자기 회복을 통해
새로운 에너지를 채우는 시간입니다.





이번 ‘에듀힐링’의 큰 줄기는
‘이너뷰티’ 명상법‘입니다.
‘이너뷰티 명상법’은 내면의 아름다움을 가꾸는
최고의 시간으로 몰입과 이완,
정화의 단계로 나아갑니다.





‘이완의 시간’, 장운동을 합니다.

두뇌뿐만 아니라 우리의 장에도
정보를 받아들이는 뇌의 기능이 있습니다.
일찍이 요가에서는 이곳을 ‘태양신경총’,
또는 ‘복뇌(復腦)’라고 불렀습니다.
복뇌는 두뇌보다 먼저 만들어진 원시뇌로서
동물적 감각, 직관의 형태로
대뇌보다도 먼저 정보를 인지합니다.





두뇌가 학습과 경험에 의해
발달하고 이해하는 반면,
복뇌는 생리적인 능력으로
감각과 직관에 의해 통찰합니다.

굳고 막힌 장을 만지고 움직여 줍니다.
장에 쌓인 노폐물과 독소 등의 장애물이
사라지면 복뇌의 자율적인 기능이 살아납니다.





복뇌를 깨우면 우주의 생명인
심장과 연결이 됩니다.
우주의 생명에너지와 사랑,
기쁨이 쏟아져 들어옵니다.





‘몰입의 시간’입니다.

글을 통해서 ‘자기와의 대화’를 합니다.
삶을 시작할 때부터 함께 있었고.
삶을 마감할 때까지 결코
나를 떠나지 않을 존재,
거울을 보듯 ‘나 자신’을 들여다봅니다.





‘함께하는 대화’입니다.

두 사람이 짝을 이루어 교대로
듣는 이(멘토)와 말하는 이(멘티)가 됩니다.
나를 온전히 드러낼 수 있고,
있는 그대의 나를 이해해주고 인정해주는
한 사람이 있다는 것이
놀라운 위로와 치유가 됩니다.






멘토와 멘티가 깊은 포옹을 합니다.
사랑과 감사의 포옹입니다.





점심식사 후, ‘통나무 명상’을 합니다.
‘통나무 명상’을 하는 동안 굳어있던
몸과 마음이 순하게 풀어집니다.
깊은 휴식과 치유의 시간입니다.





‘춤명상’입니다.

형식의 얽매이지 않는 춤으로
마음껏 나를 표현하는 시간,
몸의 움직임을 통해 마음까지
정화하는 시간입니다.





‘정화’의 시간입니다.

비움과 채움을 결합한 티베트의 절 수행법인
‘오체투지’로 마음의 상처와 아픔을
내려놓고 자신을 비웁니다.





오체투지는 양 무릎, 양 팔꿈치,
이마 등 다섯 가지 신체를
땅에 던진다는 뜻입니다.
몸의 표현으로 에너지가 바뀌면
마음이 바뀌고 영혼이 깨어납니다.

오체투지는 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고
할 수 있는 움직이는 명상법입니다.





“건강하고 행복한 삶을 느끼고
비움과 채움을 하고 갑니다.”

“몸과 마음의 신호를 잘 받아들여
긴장과 이완을 조절하겠습니다.”

“이 곳에서 받은 좋은 에너지를

‘교육’과 ‘명상’을 접목한
새로운 방식의 ‘교원 연수 힐링 프로그램’입니다.
